To bring teachers onboard the Project is launched with a two days Ownership and Accountability workshop which is based on Design thinking techniques.

Purpose of the workshop is to provide a platform to the participants to get to know each other and build a community of changemakers among the schools. They exchange views, knowledge, experiences, as well as formulate new ideas and recommendations. Critical issues and challenges are touched upon by a combination of approaches and interactive activities to generate constructive ideas.
