A 3-day training (23rd-25th May) was co-organized with Pratham Education Foundation on Hindi and Maths foundational teaching. The training used the well-established framework of Pratham called CAMAL (Combined activities for maximum learning). Activities are designed to develop important skills of Maths & Hindi (reading, writing, listening, speaking, and doing the work)
Day 1: Learning to do the Evaluation of the reading level of children through ASER (Annual Survey of Education Report)- A step-by-step reading tool aimed to assess the reading level of children.
Day 2: Techniques to teach phonics, storytelling, sentence making, and vocabulary building.
Day 3: Innovative techniques to develop an understanding of numbers, comparison of numbers, addition and subtraction, etc
